Terms of use
Tempino is a training planner. These terms set out how you may use it and what you can expect from us. We have deliberately kept them short. The German version is authoritative; this translation is provided for convenience.
1. Provider and scope
Tempino is provided by [Name des Betreibers], [Anschrift] ("we"). These terms apply to the use of the Tempino app in the browser and in the Android app. By signing up you accept them.
2. What Tempino is
With Tempino you plan your training in any sport, log it, share plans with training buddies and can optionally connect services such as intervals.icu, the AI coach or an AI assistant via MCP.
Tempino comes in the plans Basis, Coach and Coach Pro. What each plan includes is shown in the pricing overview and in the app before you subscribe. We keep developing Tempino and may change or add features; the essential features of the plan you subscribed to stay in place for its term. If we decide to shut the service down entirely, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance so you can save your data, and refund amounts paid in advance pro rata.
3. Prices, payment and term
- The prices shown when you subscribe apply. All prices are final prices. You pay monthly or yearly in advance; the yearly plan costs about 10% less.

- For the first 14 days after signing up you can try Tempino free of charge with the features of the Coach plan. No payment details are needed. The trial ends on its own; afterwards you can subscribe to a plan.

4. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- An account belongs to one person. Use an email address that is yours and keep your password secret.
- Access keys (e.g. for MCP) are like a password: do not share them, and revoke them when you no longer need them.
5. Fair use
So that Tempino runs reliably for everyone:
- Use Tempino for your own training and that of your training groups – not as storage for unrelated purposes.
- No mass or automated requests outside the intended interfaces, no attempts to bypass security measures or disrupt the service.
- No unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others, especially in shared plans.
- Some features have limits, for example a daily limit on messages to the AI coach or a maximum number of plans.
6. Your content
Your plans, logs and notes belong to you. You grant us only the rights we need to store them, show them to you and – if you share them – show them to your training buddies. If you share a plan, the people you invite may use it; if you delete your account, a shared plan passes to the person who joined first.
7. No medical advice
Training plans, analyses and the AI coach's suggestions are general training guidance, not medical advice. The AI coach is a language model and can be wrong. Check suggestions with common sense, listen to your body, and talk to a doctor if you have symptoms or pre-existing conditions or before training much harder. You train at your own risk.
8. Third-party services
If you connect Tempino to services such as intervals.icu or an AI assistant, their own terms apply in addition. We have no influence on their availability or interfaces.
9. Blocking and termination
You can delete your account in the app at any time; this ends the contract of use. Cancel a running subscription first, as described in section 3. If someone breaches these terms, in particular through abuse under section 5, we may remove content, restrict features or block or delete the account. Where circumstances allow, we warn you first and hear your side.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. In particular, we are not liable for data loss that regular backups of your own would have prevented. 11. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we raise the version and inform you in the app. Material changes only apply once you accept them; if you do not accept them, you can delete your account.
12. Law and contact
